Some of the notable successful chatbots designed and deployed by the data office include:
- Providing direct and quick access to information on the go via Microsoft Teams to all staff.
- A Self learning agent that continues to learn as it is being exposed to more internal information.
- Steps to use Info-Hub: Install Microsoft Teams on Desktop or mobile phone (skip if Teams has already been installed).
- Say ‘Hello’ and start asking your questions!
- It leverages both machine and deep learning technologies to extract insights into user’s questions and map them to appropriate responses to aid information retrieval.
